Obituary for Sharon Ann Hutson

BLOOMINGDALE-Sharon Ann Hutson, 73, of rural Bloomingdale, Indiana passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 surrounded by loved ones at Providence Healthcare of St. Mary of the Woods.

She was born June 21, 1944 in Clinton, Indiana to the late Glenn Crowder and Eneva Eileen McMasters Crowder.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, Wade Neal, husband Roy, Jr. and son, Chad Roy.

Survivors include one sister, Glenda (Bill) Walther; one son, Todd (Karen) Hutson; one daughter, Cara Clodfelter; three grandsons, Alex and Luke Hutson and Keivan Clodfelter.

Sharon enjoyed college basketball, playing euchre, cooking and sharing meals with loved ones. Her greatest joy in life was family and friends, including her parakeet Mikey and especially her grandchildren. Sharon was a friend to everyone. She was a loving wife of 40 years and a life-long loving mother. Her children were very blessed to have her at home as they grew up. Her skills were abundant, easily accessible, unconditional and limitless. Sharon succeeded beyond measure as a friend, wife, mother and grandmother.

Services will be 3:00 pm Saturday, November 11, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville, with the Rev. Brian Holt and Rev. Don Perry officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Grove Cemetery in Marshall. Visitation is 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm Saturday at Gooch Funeral Home.
