Obituary for Ronald Eugene Rowe II

DANA- Ronald Eugene Rowe II, 58, of Dana, Indiana passed away at 11:00 am Thursday, July 26, 2018 in the emergency room of Union Hospital Clinton.

He was a truck driver.

He was born September 18, 1959 at Clinton, Indiana to Ronald Eugene Rowe and Joan Kunkle Rowe.

Survivors include his father, Ronald Eugene Rowe and wife Linda Rowe of Paris, Illinois and mother Joan Ellis and husband Sam Ellis of Chrisman; his children, Nicole Rowe Brown and husband Jeremy of Indianapolis, Seth Rowe of Indianapolis, Daniel Rowe and wife, Faith of Terre Haute, Dalton Rowe of Austin, Texas; sister Rene Anderson and husband Gene of Clinton; three grandchildren, Avery, Charlotte and Ruth Brown.

He was a graduate of Ridgefarm High School. He served with the 181st Indiana Air National Guard in Terre Haute. He was a reserve deputy for the Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department and was a former first responder at the Dana Community Volunteer Fire Department.

Services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, July 31, at Overpeck-Gooch Funeral Home, 225 N. Maple Street, Dana, with Pastor Shaun Farley officiating. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Quaker. Visitation is from 4-8 pm Monday at Overpeck-Gooch Funeral Home.

Memorials should friends so desire, may be made to Vermillion County 4-H, 703 Park Street, Cayuga, IN 47928 in his memory.
