Obituary for Brian Lee Grayless

BLOOMINGDALE- Brian Lee Grayless, 47, of Bloomingdale, Indiana passed away Monday, January 15, 2018 in the emergency room of Union Hospital in Clinton from injuries sustained in a work related accident.

He was a welder and oversaw projects for Superior Hardwood of Montezuma.

He was born September 25, 1970 in Dallas, Texas to Bill Grayless and Mary Brown Grayless.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Sara Snodgrass Grayless whom he married May 20, 1995 in Montezuma; also surviving, his parents of Tangier; children, Rachel Grayless, Brian Todd Grayless, Brandon Grayless, Megan Grayless and Brock Grayless all of Bloomingdale, also Nick Fairbairn of Brisbane, Australia; two brothers, Billy (Cassy) Grayless of Russellville, Ohio and Ben (Kim) Grayless of Rockville; two sisters, Bonnie Pitman of Tell City, Indiana and Wendy Porter of Carlisle, Kentucky; grandmother, Dolly Grayless of Terre Haute; father in law, Donald Snodgrass of Rockville; three brothers in law, Christopher (Rachel) Snodgrass, Adam Snodrass and Andrew Snodgrass all of Rockville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was a 1988 graduate of Turkey Run High School and attended Indiana State University. He was employed eight years with Wabash Land and Livestock of Tangier, 20 years with Swinford Farms of Hillsdale, warehouse manager for Harbor Rail in Clinton and a machinist for TNT Machine in Rockville. He was a member of Rockville Christian Church, past president of Turkey Run FFA, nine year 4-H member, active on several 4-H committees, Parke County Bass Masters member and coached Little league at Marshall and Tangier. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and hunting. He was founder of RB3M Livestock along with his children. If it was broken, he could fix it.

Services will be 2:00 pm Friday, January 19, at Rockville Christian Church, 292 W. US Highway 36, with Pastor Steve Crum officiating. Burial will follow at Rush Creek Cemetery near Tangier. Visitation is 4-8 pm Thursday at Rockville Christian Church.

Memorials should friends so desire, may be made to Edward Jones for his children's educational fund, c/o Ben and Kim Grayless, 418 N. Oakwood Drive, Rockville, IN 47872 in his memory.
